Delta in the Community

Our community focussed initiative.

At Delta Healthcare, we know that addiction doesn’t just affect the individual it touches families, relationships, and entire communities.

Through our Delta in the Community initiative, launched with support from the BRIC fund, we will be offering free community focussed workshops and activities for those impacted by addiction.

Our Vision

Our vision is to create a space where individuals impacted by adversity feel informed, supported, and connected.

We believe that knowledge is a powerful catalyst for change and that healing begins with understanding, compassion, and community.

Through our community initiative, we aim to equip people with the tools, insights, and connections they need to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

By fostering awareness and knowledge, we strive to reduce isolation, promote resilience, and empower individuals to take meaningful steps toward wellbeing.

Impacted by Addiction- Holding Space

This workshop focussed on understanding and establishing healthy boundaries, not as punishment, but as a vital act of self-care.

When addiction enters a family, it can blur emotional lines and leave loved ones feeling overwhelmed, responsible, and powerless.

This session explores how boundaries can protect your wellbeing, reduce stress, and foster healthier relationships, while maintaining compassion and respect for the person in addiction. You’ll gain practical tools, emotional insight, and the confidence to set boundaries that support both your health and your values.

Because caring for someone else shouldn’t come at the cost of caring for yourself.
